SOLVED Photos - Selective Focus

How can I invert the selective focus area in Photos? I want to blur only the number plate of my car whilst keeping the main body of my car in focus. At the moment it only allows me to do the opposite - to blur the main body whilst keeping my number plate in focus. Any help appreciated.

try the Photo Editor App, select photo, select blemish (start with smallest circle, to test size)
may need to click more than once to obscure number plate
