postgreSQL 9.5

I just noticed that this postgreSQL 9.5 was on my PC. I don't remember downloading it. Programs/Features says it was installed on 10/21/19. I've uninstalled it and seem to have no ill effects in doing so. Anybody have any ideas?

I've not seen that appear on my pc.

You must have downloaded something which had that bundled with it.
