Fortunately for me, I didn't pull the trigger on this upgrade right away.

I didn't get around to it until a couple hours ago and it looks like their efforts to "re-publish" has worked.
Although it was a little scary as I watched it recycle between
Getting Ready, Downloading, and Installing
Three separate times during the process.
