Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18242 (19H1) to Windows Insiders who have opted in to Skip Ahead. September 18, 2018 2:03 pm

I can't help but have noticed that they've dropped any reference to the codename "Redstone" and have adopted the new format of 19H1
indicating the release year "19" for 2019 and "H1" indicating the first instance of the release.
BUT
It looks a bit like the CDC classification for Avian Flu H5N1

Obviously it is.
IF you look at the only "known issues" in the Skip Ahead build
Known issues
  • Task Manager is not reporting accurate CPU usage.
  • Arrows to expand “Background processes” in Task Manager are blinking constantly and weirdly.

AND
Compare them to the only "known issues" in the most recent Fast Ring Insider Preview which is being suggested, might just be RTM....

IT would seem to be painfully obvious that an infection has occurred.

I have to suspect, based on the fact that this "Skip Ahead" build contains
No Watermark
No expiration date
AND that it shares "Known Issues"
That it is basically just the current Insider Preview Fast Ring Build being passed along with little to no differences.
