[Trouble]

For Fast Ring folks.

today we’re releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18963 (20H1) to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring.

Windows has put me on slow and I cannot get it back onto Fast after many tries

That happened to me a while back.
I don't remember if I was stuck on Slow or Release Preview.
I may have resolved it by sheer persistence of switching and rebooting over and over as I recall it would look like it changed and it didn't.
OR
I may have left and rejoined with that machine.

Finally got it to update Fast. Also let my modem cool for 30 min. which usually makes it work better. Installed and working ok now
