[/U] The strange part is that it was working on win10 about 2 months ago and I could access it from another win10 computer ant thirdly I could access it from an XP computer. Then it quit. About that time secured file sharing also quit which I got re-enabled. I do not know if there is a connection. Win10 seems to be getting updated automatically I do not know if that is a connection. I know that this printer works as at this time i connect it to an xp computer to get printouts. George [/QUOTE]
