Hi. Why do I have to use something called "ePrint" when the printer I had before installing Windows 10 worked just fine? I try to print something and get an error message that I need a wireless ePrinter. I am not a rich person. Please help me here.

What printer do you have... Manufacturer name, model name, model number?
How is it connected to your computer.... USB or network (wired or wireless)?
