HPofficejetpro8100. refuses to print. No paper jams, Ink OK. tried "Delete". but won't. Wont accept new jobs. Was a big file - 32MB

Have you tried stopping and then restarting the spooler service.
Windows Logo key + r (key(s) on you keyboard and type
services.msc
hit enter or click OK
Scroll down to Printer Spooler
Right click choose Stop
Give it a minute or two and then
Right click and choose Start.
Check and see if that emptied the queue.
Try a test page or a simple text document and see if that prints.
