Problem with Outlook 2013

If there is a link attached/included in an email and I click on it to open it in Explorer I get an error message;
"Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk"

Yup, I too am getting this error.
I have tried (as suggested elsewhere) to change IE11 to be my default browser, unfortunately no change ;-(
By the way, the same issue of trying to open a hyperlink occurs in Word and Excel too.
