problem with power management

if I right click on the windows icon, I get a menu starting with "Programs and Features" and ending with "Desktop". Menu includes Control Panel, Task Manager, etc. But if I try to access any of these items, I get a popup window from Express Plus Zip Files telling me that my free trial is over and offers a link to purchase the program. This is something that I should have deleted years ago, and would like to now in hopes that the Power Management menu will work, but I can't figure out a way to do it. Please help.

I think I had this problem.

What I did was:

• Left click the windows icon in the bottom left
• Click on "All Apps"
• Find Express Zip and right click it
• Click uninstall

It should open the program uninstall feature here in the control panel. Use this window to uninstall Express Zip and it should solve the problem.
