Problem With Restart in Build 14316

I keep getting this every time I restart

To go back and save your work, click Cancel and finish what you need to.

I have tried what is below but it does not work:


HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop


3. In right-side pane, right-click on empty area and create a new String AutoEndTasks and set its value to 1

No ideas, but I can confirm that the same thing happens on my install.
I just let it set for a few seconds and then it usually does whatever it's doing in the background and resolves itself.
