Problem With Solitaire Loading

Here's the problem, When I run Win10 Solitaire, it goes just fine until it gets to the loading window, (After Commericals etc.) here
the windmill just keeps going, and nothing happens. Other MS games (Mahjong, Jigsaw) load and run just fine. Does anybody
have and idea? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail.

Everything to do with a simple thing like playing solitaire is a problem with Windows 10. On Windows 8 it was fine. Both Simple Solitaire and Klondike are impossible to use. The first works for a while, and then makes any move of a card impossible because a black tool bar appears at the bottom of the screen every time. As for Klondike, it appears when it feels like on Microsoft Solitaire Collection - when it does choose to appear, after a short while it simply refuses to move the card you have requested. It makes you wonder how a massive and highly profitable monopoly like Microsoft can fall at the first jump - as if making the simplest possible card games are as difficult to actually work as the secret depths of the NSA or MI5. As Mischa Auer says frequently in 'You Can't Take It With You', 'It STINKS!'
