SOLVED Program not open insufficient authority to open?

In clicking a hard drive holding programs/software, caption shows "You don't currently have permission to access folder" to open content.

I have a FreeAgent GoFlex Drive 2TB and inside of it I have most of my files. When I upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 8 I noticed I am getting the error, "You don't currently have permission to

This has been posted several times on the forum. Use my registry edit, which will automatically accomplish what is stated in the link.

Run the reg and agree to both questions.
You will then find, if an item comes up with the same message that you received, you can right click it and , now, you have and entry "Take Ownership"

I have also attached a second reg so that you can undo the registry change if you wish.
