Having trouble with reaching a "restore point". I have tried downloading a few restore points from Windows platform and all them have a payment method before you can use any of the programs. I don't want to have to pay for any of any of the programs just to fix an issue that may not work for this certain problem. This problem I'm having concerns a personal matter that has to do with an online site which involves a payment that has to be made. The link which connects you to the site will show "page cannot be accessed", so there is no way around this other than downloading a program to fix the issue. "At a loss".

Restore points cannot be downloaded as they would not be from your system which makes even paying for it unnecessary. restore points are made from and stored on your computer. If you do not have setup restore points on your computer you might not have any.
