Random switch of the keyboard layout

A week ago, I installed a second keyboard layout that I need for translation purposes. Ever since it happens time and again that the chosen layout seemingly at random switches to the other language and causes some characters to be misplaced. Maybe there is some awkward key combination involved. Or is it a(nother) stupid bug in Win 10? Any idea how to stop that?

The problem persists. And it is most annoying that every other time I need to type an apostroph, Win 10 switches to the other language before, and I get another character.

God, how much I hate Win 10.
