Welcome :)

You've only installed the OneDrive store application, rather than the deeper integration from within the OS.

You can remove most traces of it by disabling the service and disallowing some group policy options. The easiest way to do this is probably to use the Spybot Anti-Beacon tool (tutorial here: https://www.windows10forums.com/articles/how-to-disable-windows-10-spying.23/). Take a look at the second "optional" tab and disable OneDrive from there (just be cautious if you use the Windows Mail app, as it can cause problems there if you disable the service fully).
