Restart necessary for Connection

Hello. I have a windows 10 computer with a "Intel(R)82579V Gigabit network connection " network adapter. My problem is that I need to restart the computer after the first start of the day to make any connection. If I didn't restart all internale problem solve tools don't work.
As information all Drivers are updated and actual.
