Running two versions of win 10

Good Afternoon
I have an old windows vista laptop running win 10 (just about) and I only use this machine to run Serif Webplus 8 to maintain my clubs website it works but it's not ideal. So I have a second laptop Sony Vario with Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2.50 GHz 8.00 GB (7.88 GB usable) and 1Tb hard drive, What would be the best way to combine the two yest keep the webplus completely seperate, could I remove the HD from the vista machine and say mount in a caddie and maybe in some way dueal boot or more simply get it on say a external HD sugestions welcome
