Using windows10 (64bit) - wireless printer Canon MX925 - Canon IJ Scan Utility - Outlook 2016 (office 365)
With the scan utility it is (was) possible to scan a document and if properly set in the app (as is) after the scan is done my e-mail
client opens with a new e-mail and the scanned document already attached to it. This worked so when I still used outlook 2011.
Not any more since I'm using outlook 2016 (office 365) and getting an error message (see attachment) I scrutinised the settings/
options in outlook 2016 but could not trace anything to solve this issue. Hope that anyone on this forum can help me.
