I recently downloaded Windows 10 and am now unable to scan documents using my EPSON WorkForce 633. The icon (EPSON Scan) appears but clicking on the icon does nothing....I am able to print documents!

Thanks, this worked on my computer however on a second computer I installed the drivers as indicated but get the message "Cannot communicate with the scanner. Make sure scanner is turned on, correctly setup and connected with no errors indicated." On this computer I'm able to print and can now see the EPSON Scan icon but get the above message when I click on it!!!

How about the native Windows application? Does it see and work with the scanner on the problem machine?
Start Button -> All Apps -> Windows Accessories -> Windows Fax and Scan
Also....
In device manager, under imaging devices, does it see your scanner?
