ScreenSaver works only on one display, while it doesn't move onto displays connected to other GPU's

Have a dual GPU setup with 1 display connected to each gpu. [an intel system]
I tried turning on screen saver [bubbles\3d text] and observed that it appears only on one of the display and does not go onto the second display that is connected to the second GPU.

Should it be working that way....?
Why isn't the screen saver expand onto the display connected to the other GPU..?

Can anyone clarify please...!!!?
