Hey Herbert. The mouse is a Device. Open Control Panel. Click Devices and Printers. After the page opens, right click the Mouse Icon. Then in the box that comes up, click Mouse Settings. Now, depending on your brand of mouse, it should show some headings up the top. Click on Wheel. Change the number of lines it does when it scrolls. Then click Apply and Ok. Not sure, but this might work. ( To open the Mouse Settings you can put Mouse in the right corner search box, it will find the mouse too. it will probably say "Changer your mouse settings." Click that. Then click at the bottom, Additional Mouse Settings) . Cheers. Ken.
