So Im trying to figure out the cause of the freezes. Could use some advice <3

Problems / behaviors

Computer freezes when left alone
Computer does NOT freeze or shutdown from temps while gaming

This started after I upgraded my win7 64 to win 10 home

Today I bought a new SSD and have installed win 10 fresh and clean
I've got all updates from windows update
Installed a few that Driver Booster 6 said I needed
Installed nvidia driver, directX, and C++ redistributables

My old OS hard drive isn't connected right now, only my storage drive which pretty much only has games on it.

Leaves computer for 15 minutes frozen again.

Looking through event viewer Im not seeing anything that makes sense to me. This shot(s) were taken right after a freeze so the events in the last hour *should be of interest here.. but idk.

Can you go ahead and unplug your storage drive and then leave your system ideal for 15 mins.

I've got a new lead, after its usual go to sleep and freeze last night I just left it and read for a while, eventually a blue screen message appeared that said tell tech support its a "driver power state failure"

Im going to start googling, any ideas?

Really appreciate the replies! thank you very much
