Select installation location for windows 10

I used to be able to select a location from a Window/Form that displayed during an install.

That window/form listed all the available locations where Windows 10 could be installed.

That window/form no longer displays for me. Anyone know why??

All I'm trying to do is install a SECOND copy of windows 10 on a different disk/partition on the same computer.
