Setting a Minimum Windows Password Length - RegKey

Hello,

I am setting the following password length on my workstation via cmd.exe.

Does anyone know where I can find the reg key that would show this setting?

I can't seem to find it anywhere.

net accounts

net accounts /minpwlen:10

I tried capturing the events with procmon, but I still am unable to find the corresponding regkey.

I have reviewed both of those links previously and unfortunately they don't indicate a reg key that I can key off of.
