Settings and Edge not available

Just upgraded from 7 to 10 on a Lenovo Z580. Cannot access Settings or Edge. How to fix these problems and/or reinstall 10? I installed on a Toshiba notebook without any problems. Thanks

The same problem with Settings. Al goes well on my laptop, but not on my desktop... I have access to the configuration screen, but there I can't modify my user account.

Un-installed 10 and reinstalled. No help. Still cannot access settings or Edge. Get 'No explore.exe' error. In addition my keyboard and mice (logitech or Microsoft) are very unstable and almost unusable. I'm not impressed with 10.
