When I click to open the F drive for my USB even thought there is nothing in it I am shown Setup.exe. I ran a scan of it using AVG and Malwarebytes both came back saying it is ok. Properties shows, "TNgr8SxXvo0jQsHjeRB Setup". . I have used the F: but I am concerned about seeing this. What is it? Where did it come from? Can it be deleted? Any advise is appreciated.

IF it were mine I would simply format the drive to clean it off and during the process label it with something more definitive or perhaps more intuitive

Have you ever mounted an ISO file.

That would default to DVD ( F: ) and usually has a Setup.exe

Try right-clicking on F: and see if you have an option to Eject

That will clear it.
