Showing of laptop with each update

After every update my windows 10 laptop gets slower and slower..
Is there any option to permanently turn off the updates... I am totally fed up

You can defer the updates at least but not switch them off completely (not advised anyway as a security threat!).

Clean you system using the following guide and it will speed up somewhat!. Do you have an SSD or HDD?.
