SOLVED Since upgrade to W10 cannot attach files to Outlook emails - HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I URGENTLY NEED TO EMAIL A FILE TO 26 PEOPLE FOR A CONFERENCE - AAAARGGGHHHHHH

When I click on "Attach" - nothing is happening.
THIS IS ONLY HAPPENING SINCE UPGRADE TO W10
I have tried dragging the file (a simple docx) to the message field,
["Add message or drag file here"] but this is not working either.
I am starting to regret this upgrade.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP - URGENTLY?!

Ok, apologies W10. It was an Outlook problem - rebooted Outlook, no more problem. Strange though, because every other email function was working normally, just not 'Attach' or 'Sign out'
