I have 2 win 7 pro laptops - both were set to receive the reserved copy and had their little windows in the notification area for weeks ... they did not upgrade yesterday - and today the little reserved window has disappeared .. ??

a little more - under windows update - the 'Learn more' link in the Win 10 upgrade reserved box - does nothing ..

Have you tried to check for updates in windows update? I'm thinking that may nudge it a little.

checked for updates - everything is done
learn more link does nothing
show all available - nothing to do
(I cant get to your screen shot- that little window in notification area is now gone - unless there is another launch of that)
Both my win 7 pro laptops (also sp1 - they are always kept up to date) - behaving exactly same
