Hi, new to the forum. How can I put a Microsoft solitaire collection shortcut on the desktop. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forum.
IF you are running the latest version of Windows 10, simply find the Program shortcut in the Program Menu or the Tile in the Tile area, left click and drag that to your desktop.
You should see it turn into a "Link", release the left mouse button and that should do it.
