Solution Menu EX issue

I was having an issue with the 'Start Menu and Cortana not working' and I think I resolved it by pressing F8 during the restart. I then downloaded and update that was sitting in the New Notification box and restarted the computer.

However, I keep getting a message every time I sign in to Windows. The message is: A device driver for Solution Menu EX is not installed.

Does anyone know what this means and how I can resolve it?

Did this problem ever get resolved? I've had the same thing since updating to Windows 10.
