While trying to reset my Windows 10 PC, after waiting for quite some time for the reset process to finish, I was prompted to choose my country and connect to my Wi-Fi. However, now the process is asking me to enter my Hotmail account to proceed. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my password, so I opted to create a new Microsoft account. After creating a new email and password, it's asking me to complete the 'I'm not a robot' verification. But every time I solve the puzzle correctly, it keeps saying "something went wrong, please try again." What should I do now? I'm stuck and unable to complete the reset process.

If the verification includes entering numbers on the keyboard, make sure that numlock is turned on.
