1/4 of Internet Explorer users are using an obsolete and unsupported version. If you want to use Explorer, go ahead, but you need to update it to IE 11. Better yet, switch to a browser like Chrome or Firefox that automatically updates. (And in my humble opinion, switch to Edge while you're at it.)
