My system is a Dell T5500 that was recently upgraded from the stock Windows 7 Pro to Windows 10. The system won't stay asleep; when it goes to sleep it wakes up almost immediately. I have disabled the following:

Allow Wake Timers
Mouse allowing wakeup
Network allowing wakeup

Powecfg is not helpful:
C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg -lastwake
Wake History Count - 1
Wake History [0]
Wake Source Count - 0

Nor is the system power troubleshooter (in the system event log):
The system has returned from a low power state.

Sleep Time: ‎2015‎-‎11‎-‎07T21:36:40.723590800Z
Wake Time: ‎2015‎-‎11‎-‎07T21:37:43.175218400Z

Wake Source: Unknown

I have reinstalled the chipset drivers to no avail.

Hello and welcome to the forum.
Is the computer using a Dell Power Plan?
Have you considered switching it at least temporarily to a native Windows 10 High Performance Plan?

You could try using a Clean Boot to see if the problem persists.

Use the Windows 8 / 8.1 instructions.
IF it sleeps and stays sleeping then it is likely some third party software, service / process.
