SOLVED Start menu app fails to open

Greetings All

My start menu "weather" app works as a live tile but won't open when clicked. Seems to attempt to but then closes.
Can't find a way to uninstall (in order to reinstall)

Any assistance appreciated.

Go to the search bar and type wsreset. Click on it and it will check and reset your Store account. It will not delete anything and should fix any problems it finds with your apps.

Open the Start menu and go to All apps > Windows PowerShell and right-click Windows PowerShell.

Choose Run as administrator from the dropdown menu. A window will pop up asking if you want to allow this app to make changes to your computer - click Yes to continue

Next run this command Get-AppxPackage *weather* | Remove-AppxPackage

After it is removed, go to the Store and reinstall it.
