My laptop upgraded to Windows 10. The install went smoothly. However the start up menu flashes and I can't access any menus or programs. Any ideas and thoughts.
Restart in safe mode (hold the shift key and restart, then follow the bouncing ball to get to start up options, safe mode).
Does it still blink in safe mode?
