Upgraded to windows 10, started ARC loaded Startrek played once, Now it will no longer load. open game it will update. Engage button appears, press button game attempts to load, goes into an endless loop black screen blue rotating circle, you can even move the circle around the screen with your mouse as the boredom sets in. Have, left it like that walked away come back twenty minutes later still doing same thing. Have already tried to use windows 7 settings no soap. close program get message windows notified.
