Startup errors?

I found that I had been using windows 10 perfectly fine for a couple months when suddenly my computer got locked in eternal startup bluescreens with errors regarding my windows files being damaged.

In trying to fix this I found that the only way was to REMOVE ALL FILES on my computer and reinstall windows 10 which I did. But 2 days later I find myself with the same problem. Is it a hardware error?

It could be.
You should probably use the native Check Disk utility to check your system drive for problems.
Right click the Start Button and choose Command Prompt (Admin) and in the command prompt window type
chkdsk C: /R
hit enter
answer Y when prompted
type
exit
hit enter
reboot the computer and just let it run.
When it's finished it will automatically reboot your computer.
You can check the event viewer, windows logs, application logs for the results just search for chkdsk
