Startup Programs Opening Slow

Hello all. Windows 10 startup programs open very slowly. My english not good so let me explain like this.

When i start computer;

Windows 10: Desktop Screen + 5 Second = Startup Programs opening begins.
Windows 7: Desktop Screen (No wait time) = Startup Programs opening begins.

Im use same programs both system. I hope you all understand what i mean. Thanks.

 

[Trouble]

There are a lot of things going on immediately following an install of Windows 10, that can busy up your computer to the point of making it behave sluggishly or even apparently hang (although briefly).
Usually it takes a while for the dust to clear and the smoke to settle.
Sometimes you can speed things up a little by doing some of the tasks yourself.
Run Windows Update manually.
Run the Store Update manually.
Defrag / Optimize your drive(s) manually.

A Windows 7 machine out-performing a Windows 10 machine, assuming all things (hardware and software) being equal, is definitely not a good thing.
