Strange email message

Windows 7 vet with new Win 10 install. I keep getting a window appearing in the middle of my screen:

I use Gmail via Chrome. I don't use any MS mail options.I can't figure out what is sending the message. How to stop it?

Log out of your Google account and then log back in..I know this helps my when using Gmail on my tablet, worth a go on the desktop..
