Suggestion for protecting folders with password feature

Please add feature to Windows about letting users protect their folders with password. This would be very handful and necessary feature for some users.

Not sure, exactly what you mean.
IF you are using a password associated with your user account, then.....
All your files and folders should already be password protected and generally inaccessible by other users locally or across the network, excluding members of the local administrators group who of course can take ownership and grant themselves permissions to pretty much anything.
My advice..... limit the number of local users who are members of the local administrators group.
