Switching digital license to a different account

I purchased a Windows 10 digital license from the Microsoft App Store for a computer that was originally running with Windows inactive. Unfortunately it was purchased with the wrong account and the Win 10 license is tied to the wrong account. I need ownership of the key switched to the correct account or we won't be able to re-activate windows if we do a hardware change and the current owner of the key is no longer available to activate it for us. Is it possible to do so?
