System image.

I am having trouble doing a system image every time I try I get ,..... A volume shadow copy service operation failed. Please check "VSS" and "SPP" application event logs for more information ()x800432f4)

With what do you do the system image?? Acronis, Macrium Reflect or something else??
Or did you try to do a system restore??

Trying to do it with windows own one.

So you are using the backup function, correct?? If that is the case, I can only recommend NOT to use it as it is very unreliable.
You can do a system image using Macrium reflect (free) or Acronis True Image. There may be others out there.

Macrium Reflect has a ‘Fix VSS’ feature too.

As Grizzly says - I have always found it unreliable. Just a note though. Macrium is free and (in my experience) 100% reliable. Acronis does the same thing, but costs.
