What you have tried
When did problem start
Was it ok when you shut it down before your problem started.

I downloaded the app and tried to install and a shortcut to it appeared to the desktop. I run it and nothing appeared. Then i tried to run it in compatibility
mode for Windows 7 but didn't helped. I haven't had the chance to use this app.

Does it start up on your phone

Also does not one drive do the same job that is what I use.

Try uninstalling it and then installing it again

Also blue tooth does the same job
I use both one drive and bluetooth

Android version it starts on my phone. I tried to uninstall and install again and didn't worked.
