I have noticed beginning in Win 8 and now continuing into win 10 that my standard crtl-alt-del doesn't always bring up task manager anymore .. sometimes it does - then quickly snaps back to a program .. sometimes it takes 2 or 3 tries to get there .. MICROSOFT - please hear this - when I want something to STOP I am not asking it stop I am TELLING IT to stop ... and if it doesn't - I'm pressing power buttons and cutting wires until it does - IT IS GONNA STOP when I tell it to.
