Text from video dvds

I'm looking for a program that will extract audio from video dvds to burn to audio cd. But i want also to take the text of titles from the dvd also, most preferably from .cue sheet.

Haven't seen anything that will extract the text but for the audio I use the paid-for Total Recorder that allows recording anything heard through the sound card/adapter, whatever gets to the speakers/headset [which can include default Windows sounds]. There are free programs available, try a search at www.majorgeeks.com.
