The start menu no longer works.

From time to time the start menu simply stops working, not working or search option, switching screens and also the same menu. When you try to log on to the system throws a fatal error with the content that it just stopped working.You can somehow fix it? I'm tired of continuous reboot the PC, and time to return to Win7 passed. : /
