Total Lock up

Since my Windows 10 upgrade I've been leaving my desktop computer on to try to get my OneDrive synced but if I leave it without doing anything on it for any length of time it just totally locks up. It will not respond to either the mouse, keyboard, touchscreen or even the power button so I actually have to unplug it to get it to reboot. I tried putting a screensaver on but eventually that locks up too.

I may have the answer. Go Settings, System and then Power and Sleep, then Additional Power Settings. Will probably show Balanced, click on change plan settings. Now click on Change Advanced Power Settings, click on Hard Disk. My computer had been set, by default, to turn the Hard Disk off after 20 minutes. Now changed it to 180 minutes
