Touch input not registering on correct monitor

I have a HP Touchsmart 9100 in a dual monitor setup. The second monitor is not touch enabled, just a normal monitor. After installing Windows 10, when I touch the first monitor the input is register on the second screen. There doesn't seem to be any settings to adjust this behavior. Any one got any ideas?
